Menu Shallot Tart, baby leaf salad, pickled vegetables and balsamic dressing. Braised minted lamb shoulder, fondant potatoe, pea puree, buttered kale and red wine jus. Pan fried fillet of salmon, olive crused potatoes, tenderstream broccoli and a tomato salad. Courgette and lemon risotto, rocket and feta salad. (v) White chocolate and raspberry marquise with raspberry compote.
